Jorge,
The url does not help. That service has always been set to Auto on all DCs.

We have 1 parent domain, and 2 child domains. I ran forest prep and
domain
prep. I promoted a Windows 2003 to become a DC in the parent domain. I
did
the same thing to the 2 child domains. I moved all the roles to Windows
2003
DC. I notice that all the Windows 2003 DC have event ID 1097 and event ID
1030 error in the event logs whenever I restart a Windows Server
2003-based
domain controllers. Can someone help me how to fix this? I read
somewhere
that Windows 2003 SP2 will fix this error. Is that true?
Please help...
Thanks,
JT123
