Nope, although if you do take away an admins permissions to it, the admin
can take ownership to get access to it, but this will leave the footprint
that they have looked at it. So you would be able to know this and it could
be grounds for dismissal.

I got a promotion and i'm no more the Network Admin for my company. I
just
ended training a new admin and i'm ready to give him all my tasks. The
problem is that i dont want him to be able to see/manage/admin 2 folders
on
the server. These folders must be accessible only by me and the boss. For
what i know if he is an administrator he can always take the ownership of
these folders and take all the right. Is it possible to have a folder on
the
network that will be accessible only by me (simple user) and my boss
(simple
user to).
