Windows 2003 Server with AD
For a temporary period we need to assure that a single account is not locked
out because of 3 failed login attempts or anything else for that reason. Is
there a way to prevent this domain policy from being applied to this single
user, without creating additional OU's/Groups?
I believe this is done in the default domain policy, which is a
limitation of one domain / windows 2003. Besides being a security
risk, you can use mom or a script that constantly runs to see if the
accout is locked and unlock it if it gets locked.
