Try renaming her profile under documents and settings, have her log in and a
new profile will be created. Do the problems persist?
What happens if someone else logs into her computer? Do they have the same
problems?
Are you using roaming profiles?

I have a user who after logging in to our Server 2003 domain from her XP
Pro
pc has multiple access issues. When she tries to access files on the
server
she receives a prompt to login to the server. When inputing her username
and
password she then receives the following error message:
"Logon unsuccessful: The username you typed is the same as the username
you
logged in with. That username has already been tried. A domain
controller
cannot be found to verify that username."
The Security events show an event id of 675, pre-authentication failure.
Additionally, she has no access to printers and when launching Outlook
2003
for access to the Exchange server 2003 she is prompted for her username
and
password but cannot gain access. The error message says the login
information is incorrect. I have tried changing her login password
several
times but the problems continue. And almost immediately after I change
her
password and she tries to login she gets locked out. She is the only user
out of 45 others that seems to have this problem. It seems as if she has
not
been authenticated by the One and only server we have.
These symptoms are the same when attempting to login from other
workstations
as well. All comments and ideas are appreciated. Thanks.
