these files.

Our organization uses roaming mandatory profiles. We are experiencing
several problems when users are logging on because of cached local
profiles from previous logons. (mainly temp files in the local
settings folder) Since the system cannot delete these files correctly
it is disallowing logons with a generic "unable to load profile
error".
Two errors are displayed in the Event Viewer:

1.Windows cannot copy file \\server\profileshare$\Local Settings

2. Windows cannot log you on because the profile cannot be loaded.
Contact your network administrator.
DETAIL - The operation completed successfully.

UPHClean service is installed.

Previously windows would create a duplicate profile, append a number
(c:\documents and settings\user.001), and allow a successful logon.
This would be preferred rather than disallowing a logon altogether.

Does anyone have any thoughts on fixing this issue?
