We recently migrated to a new 2003 domain, and as expected, existing file
shares/permissions are displaying the SID, rather than a user name(file
server simply joined new domain). I would like to know what tool or command
I can use to simply read the SID of a global group. I have the SIDs for all
the old user accounts by adding "acctinfo.dll" to the old DC. I would now
like to view the SIDs of the old groups to easily map similar groups in the
new domain.
Thank you.
