Setting PDC to sync time to local NTP Server - HELP

Hi there,
We've got a Linux server which gets all of its time from valid sources and
is a good server.

I want to set my root forest PDC (where everything currently gets its time
from) to sync to the time on that Linux server.

Could someone tell me how to do this please?
