No you have R2 on this box so you need to extend the schema to match R2.
This is only available on disk 2 of the R2 disk.
Try that and see if things work better for you.

need to run adprep. After some research it appears that I need to have

exact same OS at the remote site as I do at the local site? Is that true?
If not, can some one to me a step by step proceedure or give me a KB with
these instructions.
