So you have folder redirection enabled in one of your GPO's? Check that the user is also in the OU to which the GPO belongs. Did you run gpresult when logged in with that account to see if the policy is applied?

Hi All,

Our company running on AD on server 2003.
Recently I have added another user with the same procedure which I
normally
does when creating a new account.
I have created the home folder using the profile(tab)-->from Usre's
Properties window from ADUC.
But I don't know some other reason the files My Documents and rest of
his
profile is not copying into the File server.
Please anybody give me some help to solve this problem cause I won't
be able
to take the Backup of this user profile??
