Re: Logon Script for GPO Applying to OU with Only Computer Accts

Hi
If it's to be applied to user you must link the GPO where the users are and
not the workstations.

I am trying to apply a logon script to a group of computers in an OU which
contains only computer accounts so that a logon script will apply to a
certain group of users. I tried embedding the logon script in the User
Config\Windows Settings\Scripts (Logon/Logoff) User Configuration object
of
the GPO which is linked to this OU, confirming the link is active and
making
certain to place the script withint the GUID logon scripts folder and
spell
out the full path to that folder But the script is not running. What am I
missing? Must a logon script embedded in a GPO apply to an OU containing
user
accounts only?
