Moving Sharepoint Server to a different active directory controller on another network

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

I have a windows 2003 SBS server that's runnning as the only active
directory domain controller on the network. I have another windows
2003 SBS server running as a primary domain controller on a different
network, which also has a sharepoint server on it running windows
2003. The two networks have the same windows 2003 domain name, but
different NT domain names. I want to move the sharepoint server from
the second network to the first network. Both networks are completely
physically isolated from each other.

The sharepoint server was originally registered as a computer of the
second network's active directory controller. After moving the
sharepoint server to the first network and adding it as a computer in
the active directory users and computers plugin, it doesn't seem to
recognize any of the login ids or passwords that exist on the first
network's active directory domain.

How do I add the sharepoint server to the first network's active
directory domain from the console of the windows 2003 SBS server
running as the domain controller of the first network? The sharepoint
server is pingable, but it always keeps putting up a credentials
dialog regardless of what you enter.
