You can restore from system state, but this DC mustn't come back online later on the network, at any time

I need to restore the DC in the child domain, I can't wait for the switch to
be reparied. The DC that I can't connec to is in the Parent domain, in a
different site. So I should not sieze the roles of the DC in the child, will
my restore of the system state restore these roles?

So you must be sure it won't come back after replacing the switch.

Since you will have anyway to repair the switch, i would wait for it.
