- Is it possible for you to disable team and work nly with one NIC, just for
testing purposes, if you can do that, after you disable it reboot the DC.
- You may also fire up the Network Monitor to check what is happening at
communications level.
- Do you have any errors on event log?

I hope that the information above helps you.

Three physical NIC's installed. I'll explain the configuration:
NIC1: HP integrated NIC
NIC2: HP integrated NIC
NIC3: HP PCI but disabled. We order all our HP servers with a third
NIC. These NICs go on our backup network. Since this is a DC, the
NIC will remain disabled.
NIC1 and NIC2 are teamed together using HP's teaming software. As I
mentioned above, breaking this team and running with one enabled NIC
is something I haven't done. But since it worked before in a teamed
configuration, I'm curious if a resolution can be obtained before this
I take that step.
Thanks for your help!
