Here is the answer to your questions:

There is no Firewall (I am assuming) but confident. And here is the error I
get when I ran the command you gave me.

Repadmin experienced the following error trying to resolve the DC_NAME: dc*

Error: An error occured:

Win32 Error 8419(0x20e3): The DSA object could not be found.


Not sure whether I should add dc* or the name of the domain?

I am getting Event ID 1311. Also, I did go through several other
troubleshooting steps. I have posted somethings I tried for Steve's reply.

I will get back with additional information after lunch!
