I am unclear to what exactly you are trying to ask so I am going to guess
what you are trying to do is restrict AD activity to certain ports.

Check out an article I have on just such an activity

I have a customer white one Windows 2003 R2 x 64 servers who are a Clobal
Catalog server and two Windows 2003 servers (one is R2) as domain
controller.
The domain controller can't connect to the GC. He get the error 1753
"There
are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper" I have running
same
tools after Article ID: 839880 and found when I run portquery that tcpip
ncacn_ip_tcp:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx[1286] missing on CG. My customer has probably
got the problem when he put the registry file for sync between AD server
white firewall on.

The registry file have this.
