Hi
If the source server could not locate the server in DNS, troubleshoot Active
Directory replication failure due to incorrect DNS configuration. If this is
not a DNS problem, troubleshoot RPC problems.

I am seeing event 5783 in the system log on my domain controllers. I have
a
trust setup between two Windows Server 2003 domains.
The session setup to the Windows NT or Windows 2000 Domain Controller
\\p1-dc2.DOMAIN2 for the domain DOMAIN2 is not responsive. The current RPC
call from Netlogon on \\C1-DC2 to \\p1-dc2.DOMAIN2 has been cancelled.
c1-dc2 is in DOMAIN1. Each domain is in its own forest and there is a
trust
between the domains. The trust and DNS appear to be working normally.
Any ideas on this one?
thanks,
Frank
