NetWare Migration to Win2K3 MSDSS Content

We have run essentially two parallel directories for year. NDS (NetWare 6
and Windows 2000/2003) Both are essentially the same. We are in the process
of migrating our one main file and print server and presently robocopy the
data from our old (netware) server to our new (Win2K3) server. Is there a
way to simply migrate/duplicate the rights on the new server? In playing
with MSDSS and the file migration utility I find two things:
1)MSDSS is apparently going to create NetWare accounts in our AD and I am
afraid of screwing things up considering the number of duplicate objects we
will have. Furthermore it is going to change all our passwords to either the
username, a random password or two other options.
2) The File Migration Utility works cool but without the migration log from
MSDSS, it will only copy files with EVERYONE FULL permissions.
Is there a way to ONLY migrate the NetWare permissions to an identical file
set on a different server?
Thanks,
Randy
