machine machine IP's will change .

My point is i have Additional domain controller in my location

thats domain controller ipaddress need tochange 172.10.10.1 to 172.10.200.1

hi,
assuming you want to change 172.10.10.1 to 172.10.200.1:
on domain controller:

on domain controller change IP address to 172.10.200.1

change on primary DNS the old ip 172.10.10.1 and put 172.10.200.1
restart dns and netlogon services.
run ipconfig /registerdns and ipconfig /flushdns

on workstations :
if you have DHCP modify the scope option DNS with the new IP :172.10.200.1
and the scope IP list if it's a differnt subnet, reboot all workstations or
run a ipconfig /renew.
if you dosent have dhcp that will have to be done manually on each workstation

You must be aware after you change the ip on DC on workstations you can
login in that 2 situations to make the IP changes:
1. local user or local administrator(to make changes of IP configuration)
2. use cached credentials of a domain user wich must have rights to chage ip
configuration -if the gpo permit.
