[Help] How to change the IPaddress for production ADC

Hello team
Nice to see you all again .
i need to change my ADC IPaddress with out rebuild .I am using Wind 2003 Ent
server Edition.
Now i am using IPaddress 172.10.10.1 in my additional domain controller .
i need to change this IPaddress : 172.10.200.1
Note:
1.I have Primary domain controller Admin privilege.
2. 172.10.10.1 is a primary DNS in my location
3. Primary DC sitting in UK .
can you explain which place iam going to change the ipaddress and all .
