Hi
is the Admin context that you are using on the test server a valid Admin
of the original ADAM instance? Adding the builtin administrators group
to the ADAM admin role on the originating server before taking the backup
is the easiest way to ensure this. When the restore has been done check
the ADAM instance event log on the test server for errors.
If the Admin context is OK try browsing with ldp.exe and report what error
you get.
Thanks

I have just recently restored ADAM to a test server (Another Computer) and
have been able to get into it and see the application partition. When I go
through ADSI and try and look at the configuration partition all I see is
the
CN=Sites container and I can not access the CN=Services context, I get an
error message "Invalid path". Please advise...
Thanks,
jskalicky
