It is only a 1 server network, though I do have a second workstation that
has
W2K server on it. I may prompt that to a DC for CYA.

The tape drive is toast as well, that is one of the reasons for the new
server.

Does the built in Windows backup work for this or is that more for just
backing up user files? I could backup the entire server onto another
machine.
