Domain Controller getting Event 1054 Source Userenv

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I Promoted a new server to a Domain Controller with Dcpromo. I am receiving
an error in the event log of 1054 with the source of Userenv. The error is
below. Any help would be great.
