Please disregard, I was able to get exactly what I wanted by using the custom
delegation and just paying attention :-)

Hi, Win2k AD.
I'm struggling a bit with the delegate control wizard. It only provides
the option to delegate a very small amout of tasks. Is there an easy way
to accomplish delegation for a custom set of tasks using the Windws tool?
e.g.
Can move computer between OU's
Can join workstations to domain domain
Can delete workstations
Can create user account
Can delete user accounts
Can reset passwords
Cannot create/modify GPO's etc etc........
