There's a free tool available from MS if you google admodify.net that is a
handy gui way to do this.
You can also do it comand line by combining admod and adfind from
joeware.net.

Hello,
I have about 100 users in AD and they all have a profile path
(\\dc\profile\username) and a home directory path (\\dc\home\username). I
want to set up the profiles and home directories on a file server and get
them off of the DC because they are getting large. I have a file server set
up and I need to know how I can change the profile path and home directory
path for all users in AD to point at the new location
(\\fileserver\profile\username) & (\\fileserver\home\username). It would be
a major pain to have to go into the properties for each user and have to
change these paths manually.
I hope this is enough information.
Thank you for any help.
