There is guidance in MSKB about troubleshooting 1030 errors.
BTW, generally good to use more than a single event ID number to describe a problem as there could be multiple events that use the same number in different logs or with different sources.

As I got no answer for another problem, may I ask you if you can give an answer to this problem :.
I continuously get errors 1101 and 1030 on Windows server 2003.
In my environment, there are three DCs on Windows server 2003 sp2
and several members servers in Windows 2000 sp4 and Windows 2003 sp2.
Only on Windows 2003 members servers I get errors 1101 and 1030.
I looked at the dns, dfs, and everthing are all rights. The error always tell me that the Windows cannot access the the object OU=Servers. I looked at this OU and nothing particular has been set nor policies have been apply except the Default Domain policies. When I use the Group policy managment and I used the Group Policy Result wizard with an domain administrator account and the OU=Servers, I got the following error in the Computer Configuration Summary, tab Component status :
Group Policy Infrastructure failed due to error list below :
Invalid data
I wonder what kind of security I must set on the OU=Servers to clean these errors ?
Thanks for your answer,

I ask me how to manage the role of Infrastructure master and the GC (GlobalIn a single domain forest the IM is defunct, so you can place it on a GC without any concern. The same is true if all DCs in a domain, in a multi-domain forest, are GCs.

roles in the remaining DC in this situation ?
Have a look at this:

Note. In your environment, which appears to only consist of three DCs, make all three GCs. There's no issues with doing this. In fact, it is recommended.
