IIRC TS does pass through the user's timezoen so that the clock is local,
but never tried this.

Hello - We are looking at restricting logon time for a subset of users.
A question that has come up is what happens to the user that logs on to a
terminal server on the West coast from his/her PC on the East coast?
Our domain controllers (Server 2003) and terminal servers (2000 Server)
are all on Pacific time. When a user logs on to the terminal server from
a PC on Eastern time will the logon restrictions translate to his local
time zone?
Thank you.
