This container is used to house Active Directory objects that are orphaned with the directory or conflict resolution problem, for example more than one object with the same UPN logon created in different sites/DCs at same time.
The NTFRS-Subscriptions object is similar to a NTFRS-Settings object in that it is primarily used as a container to group NTFRS-Subscriber objects. The objects are located under the computer object.

Having NTFRS Subscriptions inside that could mean that some information duplication occurred

In Active Directory Users and Computers, on the View menu, take off the Advanced Features options.

objects which we fixed by running Exchange setup with the /domainprep switch.
