You can use IIFP (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=BEE863EC-A911-49BF-A967-C74006929C29&displaylang=en)
to synchronize forests if they are using Exchange 2003 (Ex 2007 is not supported currently )
