Ok I got it.
Let me make a little lab test with this that you telling me.
Ok, there are sometimes (other) good reasons for multiple domains, but
first thought should generally be a single domain.
Thanks Herb

Herb,
By de way, I have locally a secondary DC of my main DC. I think that
is a
good backup and besides I make backups periodically of my AD.
They are both "just DCS", neither is secondary nor backup, but yes they
each
represent a fault tolerant copy of the AD.
So, If I have remote offices and I want them in a domain environment,
child
domain not is the better option but so, what kind of domain should I
install
in those offices?
Same domain should be your "default choice" for such remote locations.
This means adding additional DCs in those locations, and creating Sites
for
such locations to control replication and authentication.
seconday domain instead of child domain and work with zones?
No, not a "secondary domain" nor "secondary DC" -- just another DC of
the SAME domain.
and if I need install a local exchange mail server in one remote
office,
will I need install it like a child domain?
No. You can install multiple Exchange servers in the same domain -- they
should generally NOT be on the DCs however.
