Your user has no rights to create computer account object in
cn=computers,dc=<domain>,dc=<name>.
There are two possible solutions:
1. Create computer account object with administrator privileges (in any
container), then user will be able to add his workstation (workstation
will search for computer object with it's name, before create new one).

2. Give user rights to create computer objects in some container, then
user will create computer object and then add his workstation.
