You probably just want to export/import the application partitions then. If
you've customized the schema, you'll need to sync that up too.

I tried to export my application partition:
ldifde -f filename.ldf -s localhost:389 -d #schemaNamingContext -r
(cn=Partition1,DC=Test)
and got the following result:
Connecting to "localhost:389"
Logging in as current user using SSPI
Exporting directory to file filename.ldf
Searching for entries...
Writing out entries
No Entries found
Any help would be highly appriciated,
