change standalone server to active directory
I have a standalone Server 2003 standard edition server on my network
and it's the only server. I have my shared folders set up with
workgroup security. I have Xp desktops that connect to it. Can I make
this server a domain controller and use active directory for my
security? Will I have to reset my security settings and do I use
DCpromo to do this or can I run the manage server wizard and add it
that way?
Thanks
Steve
