Exmerge would not be my first choice if given the opportunity. Last I
checked it doesn't maintain SIS and doesn't help me with x.500 address
entries which I'd want for reply email.

Have a closer look at the migration documents available for both AD
and Exchange on Microsoft's site. There are also third-party tools
which I would recommend if this is a large migration (1000's of users
to migrate).
ADMT and MailboxMigration are the two tools you're looking for on
Microsoft's site.

Actually the problem is in my current server and domain exchange
server 2003
is installed lets say abc.com. I want to move user account as well
as mail
box to another domain which let say xyz.com. Both the domain are in
different
site and different forest. is ther any solution for this? if yes
please guide
