Tombstone error 8614 and garbage error 8606

Hello all. I have been working to no end to resolve the below issues but I
have been unsuccessful. I have gone through every help site I could find but
nothing has worked. I have ran the /lingeringobjects util with loose rep, ran
rep and then re-enabled strict but still have the same errors below. I shut
the 2 AD boxes down and then brought up the most recent AD w/GC,let it run on
its own for a bit and then brought up the problem AD box. This seemed to fix
the exchange mailbox creation errors but I once again still get the below
errors. I was really trying to avoid a demoting of the box, is there anything
I have missed or any help someone could provide. Why would one show as
successful and the other show the same error. Should a Microsoft call be
made?
