i think i found it.....when i do a browstat status on the domain
controller..."Browsing is NOT active on domain. Status:6118

tried the following with no luck:
Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key: SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Browser\Parameters
Type: REG_SZ
Name: IsDomainMaster
Value: True

Two separate domains:

Domain A (2000 AD)
Domain B (2003 AD)

Want to create two way trust but issues contacting each other domains.

Have entry secondary zones in dns for both forward and reverse lookup
zones. Can find any useful literature online.
