if you have obtained a base OID from Microsoft then read the guidance under
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms677620.aspx
for allocating OIDs off of that arc for attributes. You will want
to read all the guidance under
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms676929.aspx
for schema extension.

I want to make five new attributes in the user class but has no idea how to
do that.
The problem is that I don't know what to fill in for the X.500 OID.
I ask the department for schema registration from microsoft for help but
they don't read my mail or they read them too fast because there answer
doesn't help me very much.
They register a complete new class for me including a X.500 OID but that
isn't what I need.
The only thing I want is to make five new attributes in the user class!
I have this question for about two months and I hope that you can help
me...
