Hi,

I intend to implement Child Domain in my Company that has 2 distinct
domains
because are a Holding.

???

I will configure a root domain as x.local and the child domains are
my.x.local and yours.x.local.

I would like to know if the user of my.x.local wants access yours.x.local
I
must configure Short Trust RelationShip.

No. In generaly that would be both unnecessary and not very useful*.

Is it not common create a child domain?

Very common.

*In unusual situations, especially with DCs for other domains located across
WANS the shortcut trust might be useful for performance but still
technically
not required.
