Re: Effectively delegate control - how to?



The appendix (separate download) explains the permissions you need, but I'm
not sure if it gives you a step-by-step guide to using the delegation
wizard. However a lot of the scenarios won't work with delegwiz by default,
you need to modify it's template file. I find it much easier to use DSACLs
or the Advanced Security Editor applet (right click on an object, select
properties, security and advanced -you must be in advanced mode in ADUC,
click View\Advanced).

Have a look at the advanced permissions editor and come back to us if you
need more guidance.
