Group policy applies configuration and settings to domain members. It
cannot affect your Internet access (unless you stipulate an erroneous proxy
address which effectively blocks access). In order to perform any kind of
filtering you need a proxy server with filtering software added on top, e.g.
Surf Control or WebSense.
