The minimum age is the minimum age for a password. If you set it to 1, a user can only do 1 password per day.
This prevents smart users from reusing their password over and over again.
Let's say min pw age is 0 and passwords remembered is 6.When the user needs to change its password, he can quickly change the password 6 times and then reuse it's current password. The min pw age will prevent this, as he can do only 1 pw change per day.

Hey guys,I added the setting via the default GPO to have a max age of
30 but what does min age do. If i put min age as 5, does this mean
that 5 days before the password expires it will start prompt me to
change it before the 30days is up
.
