For example You can pre-image the mahines, or you can deploy the software via GPO, or use other tools like SMS, etc.
Go to MS site and search for deploy software

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question....

I want to give users the ability to sit at any computer and have their
software, profiles, etc appear when they login. Right now when they login
it's like a brand new machine that has to be setup - config Outlook, install
the client for our custom windows app, etc. How can I do a "one time" install
and serve it up wherever they login?
