There is a topic in the AD SDK docs in MSDN that covers this:

You'll be needing C++ COM programming skills though, not VBScript.

Generally, people find this to be too hard and write a small web application
to manage their custom schema extensions graphically.

I'm would like be able to extend Active Directory Users and Computer
add a custom tab into it. I'm able to extend the schema and add my
custom attributes using the Vbs scripts. But I would like to add
custom tab and then put my custom attributes into the tab. Are there
any tutorials or guides available. If some could answer I would
appreciate.
