generally this is cause by incorrect permissions, you need to allow permissions for the Read, Enroll, and Auto-enroll permissions.

Hi All,

I have created a Certificate Template on root DC.
Problem is that when I am trying to issue new Template on CA,it is not
displaying the newly created Certificate Template name for selection.

Any idea on how to select the new certificate template in CA console.
