Only for shares and in R2, you might want to have a look at
http://www.windowsnetworking.com/articles_tutorials/Implementing-File-Screening-Windows-Server-2003-R2.html
For example if the user has his/her folder Mydocuments redirected to network you can use File Screening to stop specific files extensions from beeing saved on that folder.
