Domain Upgrade

I had posted a similar question before but I did not have my facts straight.
Planning an upgrade from Windows 2000 AD to Windows 2003 AD
Have several Domain controllers performing no other duty but domain
controllers

1 of the domain controllers has 800 megs free on a 4 gig boot partition . It
was the first DC
from a NT upgrade
When we installed AD for the first time we choose to install the A\D files
to the D:\ drive
which has 20 gig free.

Will I have enough room to perform an upgrade to Windows 2003 SP1?
