Time Out of Sync??

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

All servers 2003, SP1. Followup to other recent post after PDC failure.

Not sure time is syncing across DC's in AD. The new PDC is setup to sync
with a NTP server. My understanding is that AD then has the other DC's get
their time from the PDC and workstations from the DC's.

However, when I run "net time" on my workstation, in the same site as the
PDC, the time returned is from a DC in another site. When I ran "net time"
on a DC inanother site it returned the time from another DC in yet another
site that took two hops, through the main site
