Unless you are needing the groups for Exchange mail delivery there is nothing to do other than buy a product that will do it (Like Active Roles Server from Quest), set up something like IIFP (this was supposed to get this functionality when I spoke to MSFT several years ago, not sure if they did it yet - note it requires Enterprise SQL Server), or write a script/tool to do it.
