Account lock out problem



Dear

In AD and local group policy have set 3 times wrong password will lock
out the account .

But in this condition The Policy haven't work

When user log in workstation and then idle it ,screen saver will run
and log the workstation ,

at that time ,this user try to log in other workstation but failure
,the account will log out , but he also

can log in the original Desktop ,although he try more time in original
Desktop ,it is a risk that a user

can try more time

1. Why although the account is lock out ,but he can log in the
workstation when he have log in before

2.How can Solve the problem
