find computers currently offline

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I have an application that reads all the computers on the domain in
active directory. Then it should allow the user to upload files to
specific computers (created for Administrative purposes). Currently it
will iterate through all the computers the user marked. But I'd like
for it to flag those computers that are currently offline, so that the
user knows before hitting the transfer button that those computers
won't receive the files.

Is there a way to check for offline status so they can be flagged in
the application (say marked in red)?

Using Windows Server 2003. Also using VB2005 for application
development.

Thanks,
Rayne
