We are trying to setup a Test environment where we can restore AD and
test our apps. We have looked at some of the microsoft guides but they
do not seem to give a step by step process on how to do this within a
new test environment using different hardware.

We are running W2K3 SP1 and use NTBackup to backup the system state of
our live DC's, using the Authoritative Restore process.

If this is not possible then can we just restore the Computers and
Users OU into the Test network.
